How long does it take to receive a confirmed offer/order?
The production time for your custom trailer will depend on the item you ordered and the current volume of orders being processed. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks of placing it, but please check our Estimated Delivery Time at the time of ordering for the latest information.
Do you have a merch line?
We can personalize many products and other accessories for your single trailer and team. Contact us and we will discuss all the options.
Can I return or exchange a configurable trailer?
Since customized goods are made only for you, we cannot return or exchange them. Be sure to review and confirm your selections before placing your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can repair it.
